Fireshift / Terms

Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms cover your use of fireshift.ai and the Fireshift scans, reports and monitoring. By requesting a scan or buying something, you agree to them.

Who we are

Fireshift is run by Nurkan Kirkan, an independent consultant based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

  • Email: hello@fireshift.ai
  • Postal address: [TO CONFIRM: business postal address]
  • KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) number: [TO CONFIRM: KvK number]
  • VAT number: [TO CONFIRM: BTW/VAT ID]

What Fireshift does

Fireshift loads a website's public pages and reads the tracking tags and requests it sends to Google Ads, GA4, Meta and similar tools. It reports what it saw: conversions that may not be real funnel progress, duplicates, consent issues and broken tracking. Paid plans add full reports, competitor comparisons and daily monitoring.

Fireshift is meant for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, the rights Dutch and EU consumer law gives you still apply.

Public data only

  • We read only what a website serves to any visitor. We don't submit forms, request demos, create accounts or log in on scanned sites.
  • We don't evade bot detection. If a site blocks automated browsers, the report says so.
  • Scan sites you own or manage, or competitors' public sites. Don't use Fireshift to break a site's rules, overload it, or for anything unlawful.

What a report can and can't tell you

  • A report shows what we observed on a given date. Sites change; the next deploy can change the result.
  • Primary vs secondary conversions are not visible from outside. We can see that a Google Ads conversion tag fires, but not whether that conversion is set as primary (used for bidding) or secondary in your Google Ads account. Check that in your account before acting.
  • Server-side tracking and anything behind a login are mostly invisible to us.
  • Reports are information, not advice. You decide what to change, and you're responsible for changes to your own tracking and ad accounts.

No guarantees

We work hard to get it right, but Fireshift is provided as is. We don't promise that a scan finds every issue, that findings are free of errors, that the service is always available, or that fixing anything will improve your ad results.

Payments and refunds

[TO CONFIRM: payment and refund terms, to be set before Lemon Squeezy goes live]

  • Payments will be handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Subscriptions (Watch, Agency) renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. [TO CONFIRM: cancellation window]
  • Refunds: [TO CONFIRM: refund policy for one-time Teardowns and for subscriptions]

Your content and our reports

You keep all rights to your website. Reports we deliver to you are yours to use inside your business and to share with your team, agency or clients. We may use anonymised, aggregated scan statistics (for example "x% of 300 SaaS sites count logins as conversions") without naming any site.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to Fireshift is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you haven't paid anything. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or wasted ad spend. These limits don't apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow them.

Ending use

You can stop using Fireshift any time. We may refuse or stop a scan, or close access, if these terms are broken or a scan request looks abusive.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For paid plans, we'll email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law gives a consumer the right to go to their own local court.
