Fireshift / Fix Sprint

We fix your Google Ads conversion tracking in 5 working days.

€1,500 fixed · Google Ads, GTM, GA4 · before/after scan · a year of monitoring included

Short answer

Google bids on whatever you call a conversion. In our scan of 449 B2B SaaS sites, 62% of the 235 with Google Ads conversions count a page view, a login or a click as one. The Fix Sprint finds what yours counts, takes the junk out, sets the right primaries and values, and proves it with a scan before and after.

How you pay

You pay 50% to start. You pay the other 50% only when our after-scan shows the flagged issues fixed. The flagged issues are the numbered findings in your proposal. The after-scan is the same public scan we ran before the work, so you can check the result yourself.

Book it if any of these is true

  • Your Google Ads CPA looks great but sales don't see the leads.
  • You have more than 8 conversion actions and nobody remembers why.
  • A conversion fires on a page view, a login, a button click or every page load. See what that looks like in a real scan.
  • GA4 key events and Google Ads conversions disagree.
  • Someone changed GTM and conversions dropped for a week before anyone noticed.
  • Your Meta or Google tags fire before the cookie banner is accepted.

What you get

  1. 01
Every conversion mapped. Each Google Ads conversion action and GA4 key event, the GTM tag and trigger behind it, and the funnel stage it really measures.
  2. 02
Junk out. Page-view, login, trial-end and click conversions removed or set to secondary. Duplicates merged.
  3. 03
The right primaries. Usually three: verified signup or qualified lead, booked meeting, payment. With values, so bidding can tell a small deal from a big one.
  4. 04
Consent fixed. Google and Meta tags wait for the cookie banner, with Consent Mode set up correctly.
  5. 05
CRM loop planned. How to send qualified leads back to Google Ads (offline import or enhanced conversions for leads), set up where your CRM allows it.
  6. 06
Proof and a year of Watch. A scan before and after, a one-page change log, and a daily rescan for 12 months that emails you the day something breaks.

What happens after you write

  1. Day 0
You email hello@fireshift.ai with your site. Within one working day you get the free Leak Score and a yes or no: is there something worth fixing.
  2. Day 1
30-minute call: your funnel, what sales calls a good lead, who owns GTM. You get access set up and an invoice for 50%.
  3. Days 2–5
We make the changes in a GTM workspace and in Google Ads and GA4, and you approve anything that touches live bidding.
  4. Day 5
Handover: before/after scan, change log, Watch switched on. The invoice for the other 50% goes out only when the after-scan shows the flagged issues fixed.

Who does the work

Growth and analytics practitioners, not a tag-management agency: years of running paid acquisition and owning the tracking behind it, on budgets up to $20M a year. We built the Fireshift scanner and ran the 449-site study. Our first scan was on Wellows: it was sending Google 15 conversion actions, one on every page load.

We don't touch bids, budgets or ads. Server-side tagging builds are quoted separately.

FAQ

What exactly do you fix?

Every Google Ads conversion action and GA4 key event: which ones count, which are primary, which triggers fire them, duplicates, values, and pixels that fire before cookie consent. We change the setup in Google Ads, GTM and GA4, not your campaigns, bids or ads.

How is this different from a tracking audit?

An audit hands you a list. The Fix Sprint ends with the fixes live in your accounts, a scan before and after that shows the difference, and a year of daily monitoring that tells you when someone breaks it again.

What access do you need?

Standard access to Google Ads, publish access to Google Tag Manager (or we prepare a workspace and you publish it), and editor access to GA4. You can remove us on the last day.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe. You pay 50% (€750) to start, with the deposit button on this page. You pay the other 50% only when our after-scan shows the flagged issues fixed: Stripe emails that invoice at handover. Need a formal invoice first? Write to hello@fireshift.ai.

What if the after-scan still shows the issues?

Then you don't pay the second 50%. The flagged issues are the numbered findings in your proposal, and the after-scan is the same public scan as the one before, so you can check it yourself. Changes you decide not to approve don't count against us.

Will bidding get worse while it relearns?

Changing primary conversions starts a short learning period in Smart Bidding, usually one to two weeks. We tell you which changes trigger it and make them in one go so it happens once.

What if your scan finds nothing to fix?

Then we tell you that before you pay anything. Every Sprint starts with the free scan of your site, and we only quote when there is something worth fixing.

Can my agency resell it?

Yes. Agencies can run the Sprint under their own name for a client. Write to hello@fireshift.ai.
