Refunds and pay-on-proof

Fix Sprint

50% at the start (the €750 deposit), 50% at delivery. You pay 50% to start. You pay the other 50% only when our after-scan shows the flagged issues fixed.

• "Flagged issues" are the numbered findings in your proposal.
• The after-scan is the same public scan as the one before, so you can rerun the checks yourself.
• Changes you decide not to approve, or can't give us access for, don't count against us.

Teardown

Paid upfront, $149. If the teardown finds nothing worth fixing, you don't pay. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. If you start a Fix Sprint within 30 days, the $149 counts toward it.

Watch and Agency

Yearly plans that renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time before then.

Everything else

• If we can't deliver what we agreed, you get your money back.
• Payment is by card through Stripe checkout, or by Stripe invoice (card or bank transfer) payable within 14 days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• To ask for one: hello@fireshift.ai, with the order or invoice.

FAQ

Who decides whether the after-scan shows the issues fixed?

The scan does, and you can run the same checks yourself from outside. The findings are numbered in the proposal, so there is no argument about scope.

Do you promise better ad results?

No. We fix the tracking. What Smart Bidding does with cleaner data depends on your account, and our terms say so.
