Fireshift / Agencies
For paid-media agencies: pitch with a scan, sell the fix
Fireshift reads what a site tells Google Ads, GA4 and Meta without any access to the account, so you can run it on a prospect before the first call. Send us three client or prospect domains and we scan them free, results only to you. If a site needs the fix, we do it in 5 days for €1,500, and you keep 30% if you resell it, plus 30% of the monitoring for as long as it renews. The Agency plan is €1,490 a year for 10 sites, white-label.
What you'll find on a typical prospect
From our scans of B2B SaaS sites with Google Ads conversions, 4 and 5 Nov 2026. These are the findings you can open a call with, in order of how often they show up:
| Finding | Share of Ads sites | Base |
|---|---|---|
| No value on any Google Ads conversion | 68.4% | 193 sites, 5 Nov |
| An Ads conversion on a non-contact click | 45.3% | 225 sites, 4 Nov |
| An Ads conversion on All Pages or a plain page view | 39.1% | 235 sites, 4 Nov |
| More than 8 Ads conversion actions | 32.8% | 235 sites, 4 Nov |
| Same label twice, or one trigger firing 2+ labels in one account | 30.0% | 203 sites, 4 Nov |
| Two or more GA4 properties (of sites with GA4) | 21.6% | 162 sites, 5 Nov |
| A login or logged-in app page counted as a conversion | 7.3% | 206 sites, 5 Nov |
Our samples are B2B SaaS. We have not measured ecommerce or local lead-gen sites, so don't quote these numbers to those clients. Each finding has a page with the rule and the fix: all checks.
How agencies use it
- 01Before the pitch. Scan the prospect. You walk in with "your Google Ads counts a click on Book a demo as a lead" and the trigger behind it, instead of a credentials deck.
- 02Next to their competitors. The Teardown shows what up to six competitors count as a conversion. Prospects listen when a rival sends Google three clean conversions and they send fifteen.
- 03Sell the fix as yours. Do it in-house from the fix list, or resell our Fix Sprint under your name.
- 04Keep it clean. Put the client on Watch. You hear first when a release breaks a conversion, before the client sees the drop.

A 10-minute check per client
Without us, here is the routine we would run on every account you manage:
- DevTools, Network, filter
pagead. Load home, pricing and a blog post. A conversion request on those pages is a page-view conversion. Fix - Click the main CTA without filling the form. A conversion request is a click conversion. Fix
- In GTM, filter Tags on "Google Ads Conversion Tracking" and read each trigger for login, click and All Pages.
- Look for one trigger firing several labels, and the same label on two tags. Fix
- In Google Ads, Goals, Conversions: count the primaries. More than about four in B2B is a smell. Rule
- Private window, don't touch the banner, filter
facebook. Hits before accept are a consent leak. Fix
Fireshift runs the first four from outside, on every client, every day, without you asking each client for access.
What we can't see, so you can say it first
Primary vs secondary status, bids, budgets, server-side tags and anything after a form submit are not visible from outside. Every report says so. On a call, that turns into the next step: "let's open Goals, Conversions together".
FAQ
Do my clients see Fireshift branding?
Not on the Agency plan: reports are white-label. Free agency scans come to you only.
Can we scan prospects who aren't clients yet?
Yes. The scan uses only what their site serves publicly. We never contact your prospects about a scan you ran.
How does the 30% work?
If you resell a Fix Sprint, you keep 30% of it, plus 30% of the client's monitoring for as long as it renews. Details are agreed in writing before the first client.
What if the client's fix doesn't hold?
Fix Sprint: You pay 50% to start. You pay the other 50% only when our after-scan shows the flagged issues fixed. The flagged issues are the numbered findings in the proposal.
Send us three client domains.
We scan them free and send the results only to you. Public data only, no access to anyone's accounts.
